A doorman must guarantee the security for both the clients and the staff.

He is responsible with the closing by insuring that all clients are out at the end of the event.

On his shift, a doorman must execute all functions given by the responsible of security or the manager.

Always aware by his immediate environment he must maintain a proper temper and act promptly in critical situations.

This position absolutely demands natural leadership and the capacity to drive a team of doorman making sure that all activities inside as mush as outside are made with a secure fashion.

Task such as: positioning of the doorman’s team at strategic points to insure the clients and the staff security.

This person must respect and possess the experience in the places like bars, clubs, pubs, and discotheque and after hours.

He must maintain the proper temper and act promptly in critical situations.

This role also consists of maintaining a constant communication with the owner or manager of the club in order to eradicate any upcoming problems that might happen with the establishment that is why he is charge.
